What is our return policy?

We accept returns of products/merchandise purchased from our online store. If the item is in new/unused condition you may send it back for a refund at your own expense. Returns must be sent back with tracking within 21 days of delivery. We’ll process the refund once the item/s has been delivered to Bellissimo Coffee. We’ll send a confirmation email once we’ve processed the refund. Returns are the customers responsibility until received by Bellissimo Coffee. Returns are not applicable for sale items. We do not accept returns of coffee beans/grounds as this is a fresh product and we package all of our coffee fresh to order. If the bag of coffee is an error on our part, we’ll replace it for the correct order.
