Description

Honduras Cerro Azul Lalita is a single origin coffee bean from Cerro Azul farm. Erwin Mierisch and his family currently operates the farm who revitalized the estate in 2011. The family had been producing coffee for four generations already. They are now going on five in Nicaragua as a result of their hardwork and dedication. Mierisch family have achieved a lot of great results too due to their special way of farming.

Cerro Azul farm is located in the Azul Meambar National Park in Siguatepeque, Comayagua. It sits opposite Lake Yojoa to a zone known for producing great quality coffee with a very similar microclimate. Above all, Erwin uses his strategy of using these similar growing conditions to achieve the same quality at Cerro Azul.
