The manual pour-over brewing process makes brewing your perfect cup of coffee easy. The base of the cone allows coffee to flow freely, and by adjusting the brewing time and water temperature you can customise the brew to meet your preferred flavour and strength. For example; for a lighter coffee pour a little quicker, for a darker brew; a little slower.
With a little practice you’ll be making your perfect cup of coffee.
The recommended ratio for two cups is around 30-40g of coffee to 480ml of water slowly extracted over a few minutes.
