Our current head office, roastery and warehouse is in Bulimba, QLD.

WHAT ARE YOUR OPENING HOURS?
Our cafe’s are open 7 days a week, 365 days a year!
- Fortitude Valley: 6am – 6pm, 7 days (incl public holidays)
- Bulimba: 6am – 6pm, 7 days (6am – 11am, public holidays)
- New Farm Park Coffee Kiosk: 8am – 5pm (weather permitting, and incl public holidays)

Please note: For a dollar value gift card, the cafe must be specified which one it will be used at, as it will only be valid for that cafe.
WHY ARE COFFEE BEANS ONLINE ONLY 450G?
All online coffee sales are sold/bagged to weigh 450g. This is due to satchel weight, size and packaging restrictions for shipping. We also believe this gets you the best value for money for cost shipping vs coffee volume.
If you wish to buy in 1kg bags or in bulk it can certainly be arranged! Please contact us.
THE SINGLE ORIGIN I WANT ISN'T AVAILABLE/LISTED.
Single origin coffees are highly dependant on what’s available that season.
We try to keep on hand all of your favourites, but rotate through a number of other single origins.
If you have a specific favourite let us know and we’ll see what we can do!
WHAT KINDS OF PAYMENT DO YOU ACCEPT?
Online purchase can be made using Paypal or credit/debit card (not including AMEX).
CAN I CANCEL/AMEND MY ORDER?
Please be sure to check your order before completing payment. Once payment has been made the order cannot be cancelled online.
If you still need to cancel or amend your order please contact us ASAP, and if the order hasn’t been processed we will do our best to cancel the order.
HOW SHOULD I STORE MY COFFEE?
Our Bellissimo Coffee bags are designed with a zip-lock seal and a one-way valve to help keep your coffee fresh.
After using your beans we recommend ensuring the zip lock is fully sealed and squeezing out any excess air, then storing in a cool dark place out of direct sunlight/heat.
We believe it’s not necessary to freeze or refrigerate your coffee, but that’s up to you.
HOW FRESH IS MY COFFEE WHEN I RECEIVE IT?
Your coffee will usually be shipped within 2-5 days from its roasting date.
We recommend consuming your whole beans within 4-6 weeks from it’s roasting date. For pre-ground coffee we suggest using it as soon as possible.
WHERE DOES YOUR COFFEE COME FROM?
We source our green beans from all over the world!
We get our beans from local Australian coffee farms, via Australian importers, and in a number of cases directly from international farmers and plantations.
Majority of our roasting is then done in our Bulimba warehouse in Brisbane, with small batch and limited edition roasts done at our flagship roasting house in Fortitude Valley.
WHERE DO YOU SHIP TO?
We use Australia Post as our standard shipping carrier and can deliver to all places that Australia Post delivers.
In some cases we also use courier services.
We can also post orders to work/business addresses and PO Boxes.
We can certainly organise international shipment, however please contact us directly with what you wish to order to organise payment and shipping.
WHEN CAN I EXPECT MY ORDER?
Orders are processed daily Monday to Friday, and usually dispatched same day or within 24 hours.
Australia Post’s estimated delivery times are:
- Standard Parcel Post: 2-3 days
- Express Parcel Post: next day – 2 days (depending on location)
WHAT HAPPENS IF I HAVEN'T RECEIVED MY ORDER?
Please contact us if you haven’t received your order within a reasonable amount of time, or within Australia Post’s estimated times (see When Can I Expect My Order?).
All our orders have tracking numbers, so if you haven’t received your order please contact us and we can confirm the day and address it was sent to as well as the tracking number and details.
Unfortunately we take no responsibility for the non-delivery of orders once the order has been dispatched, however we will assist you in tracking it down.
WHAT IS YOUR RETURNS POLICY?
If you’re not satisfied or want some advice on how to get the best from your coffee please contact us.
For online coffee orders we do not accept returns just due to the perishable nature of the beans, however if what you received is not what you expected, please contact us.
For all other coffee making equipment and accessories, returns can be made within 14 days of purchase date for exchange only. Refund’s are not available for change of mind. For any faulty equipment please contact us to organise replacement.

DO YOU OFFER BARISTA TRAINING COURSES?
At the moment we’ve put our public barista training courses on hold until our new Cooparoo HQ and training facility is completed. Please contact us to register your interest for future courses.
However private barista training can be arranged, please get in touch for more details.
DO YOU OFFER CUPPING AND OTHER COURSES?
Not at the moment, sorry!
But in the near future, once our new HQ and training centre opens in Cooparoo, we will be looking at hosting cupping sessions and a number of other coffee courses!
