DELIVERY & RETURNS

DELIVERIES

All online orders are processed Monday – Friday and are usually sent out same day or with in 24 hours.

We use Australia Post as our main method of shipping, and can deliver to all places that Australia Post delivers to. On occasion we also use Fastway Couriers.

As per Australia Post’s estimated delivery times, once your order has been dispatched, you can expect your order to arrive in:

  • 2 – 3 Days for Standard postage
  • Next day – 2 days for Express postage

All orders receive tracking numbers, so if your delivery is taking longer then expected please contact us to follow up.

Unfortunately we take no responsibility for the non-delivery of orders once the order has been dispatched, however we will assist you in tracking it down.

International shipping can be arranged, however please email us with your order and we will get in touch with shipping options/quotes.

 

RETURNS

If you’re not satisfied or want some advice on how to get the best from your coffee please contact us.

For online coffee orders we do not accept returns just due to the perishable nature of the beans, however if what you received is not what you expected, please contact us.

For all other coffee making equipment and accessories, returns can be made within 14 days of purchase date for exchange only. Refund’s are not available for change of mind. For any faulty equipment please contact us to organise replacement.

Returns/Exchanges can be made in person at our cafe’s, please just bring a copy of the receipt. Any returns via post are at the cost of the customer, and will not be refunded.
