Just wanted you to know that the Tanzanian single origin was a big hit!  With the Tanzanian, they just couldn't get enough of it. People were ordering espresso to taste the flavours, profile etc. basically learning to appreciate a single origin for what it's worth.  Michael O, Toowoomba.

After experimenting with a few machines, I quickly realised the most important thing for a great espresso was not a fancy machine but rather the beans and that they be freshly ground.
